We already make sure during design phase a high performance material use in the strip cut and high stroke numbers resulting in decreased production costs. Our customers have always valued the competence that we show in method development and speed of production. We are of course trying to produce your part entirely within the tool. We are integrating stamping tool heads and thread molding units into the tool. Per your requests we also manufacture tool spare parts even before delivery. Our experience is showing, that our tools aren't prone to repairs.
