Our tools for components with highly complex shapes, challenging geometries and tight tolerances can have a total weight of up to 40 tons. We are daily put to test when it comes down to new materials for interior and design parts as well as structural components made from high and maximum strength steel or aluminum. We develop transfer tools that include dedicated transfer systems, progressive dies for high stroke numbers as well as single tools for the different cutting and deep drawing processes. We also deliver all the required measuring fixtures along with mounting devices and examination documents. Components made in presses with up to 6.300 kN in low volume production are being tested by our CNC-coordinate measuring device
