Our company was founded on August 10^th, 1945 by Max Labermeyer and Franz Hamberger as a mechanical workshop. As our tool and mold making enterprise has steadily grown it has accomplished a standing as a competent manufacturer for complex transfer tools, progressive dies and single tools.
